The Sport and Exercise Nutrition register is a voluntary, competency based register for Sport and Exercise Nutritionists. Our aim is to promote and develop sport and exercise nutrition through the development of professional standards and the assessment and registration of suitably qualified and experienced individuals.

Milk, Nutrition and Sport Newsletter – February 2013 editionThe Dairy Council is a founding partner of SENr and is offering registrants the opportunity to receive their free quarterly newsletter on milk, nutrition and sport. The latest edition features the next in the nutritional demands of sport series, focussing on .BMX and Bobsleigh, as well as The Art of the Ultimate Smoothie, a new practical resource showing how the right blend of simple foods can create a pre or post-sport smoothie to offer a timely nutrient boost. It also includes an interview with renowned Professor of Sports Science Clyde Williams OBE.
