The Dairy Council produces a newsletter every four months specifically for health and fitness professionals and sports scientists, designed to bring the latest information with regards milk and sport.
This series of nine newsletters will form part of the EU funded ‘Milk it for all it’s worth’ campaign designed to promote the importance of physical activity and good nutrition, including low fat milk, in young people and to provide key professionals with information on the science supporting milk and its potential benefit to sport.
The newsletters feature reviews of the scientific literature on milk and its relation to sports physiology, as well as interviews with sports academics, along with top references on milk and sport. The publication is both relevant and interesting.
